I have worked as a Photographer for over twenty years. After studying Advertising and Editorial Photography I took a gap year working as a Cruise Ship Photographer, whilst the work was hard it gave me valuable life skills plus I got to see a bit of the world.

After working on the ships I settled in Manchester and began assisting a range of Photographers in the region. Eventually I progressed to head of department for a full service advertising agency.Clients included JD Sports, Nisa, Continental Eyewear, MAN Diesel, IDS, Colbalt, Premier, ABC Wax, Multibuild, Balfour Beatty and Briggs & Forrester to name a few.

In 2009 I set up my own business Martin Hallam Photography.
